Evaluating Staff and Agency Roles is a full day workshop that will assist participants in reviewing and designing job descriptions and evaluations.

Learning Objectives

Following the session, participants will be able to:

  • Identify core components of successful job descriptions.
  • Identify core components of monitoring and evaluating staff.
  • Identify agency roles and reporting structure.
  • Understand when to cross train staff and move to generalist position(s).
  • Understand how to define training needs for staff.
