Dealing With Difficult Work Styles is a half-day workshop that will assist participants in understanding and differentiating the various work styles of difficult co workers and employees. Due the demands in the workplace, employees and management often feel like they are walking on egg shells with peers and co-workers. This workshop assists and describes personality types in the workplace and addresses the needs of these types.

Learning Objectives

Following the session participants will be able to:

  • Identify the five work styles of difficult managers.
  • Identify the ten work styles of difficult co-workers.
  • Assess your own work style.
  • Design a work style plan; identify techniques to avoid conflict and confrontation with a work style the participant finds challenging in the workplace.
