  • Define the Role of the Probation Officer as Case Manager.
  • Define developmental needs and tasks of youth;
  • Assets/factors that address these needs.
  • Characteristics of programs and activities based on youth development principles; and measurements of the desired youth development outcomes.
  • How to do a case file audit.
  • The importance of case notes and client supervision.
