- Identify/ Define Youth Development.
- Define the Role of the Probation Officer as Case Manager.
- Define developmental needs and tasks of youth;
- Assets/factors that address these needs.
- Characteristics of programs and activities based on youth development principles; and measurements of the desired youth development outcomes.
- How to do a case file audit.
- The importance of case notes and client supervision.
