Building Coalitions & Influencing Others
Building Coalitions & Influencing Others is a 1 day workshop that will assist participants in developing the competencies of building coalitions and influencing others.
This is accomplished through enhanced self-awareness, effective communication practices, and expanded knowledge of collaborative strategies for building partnerships, alliances, and coalitions.
Learning Objectives
By the end of this workshop you will be able to:
- Identify three ways to expand your circle of influence.
- Describe two or more tactics to influence others.
- Explain the benefits of building coalitions, partnerships, and alliances.
- Identify at least one action to develop your coalition-building skills.
- Complete a peer contract with another participant to provide mutual support as you continue to develop your skills in influence and coalition-building.
